Lowongan Kerja PT Hitachi Astemo Bekasi Powertrain Systems
1. Quality Assurance
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab :
- Conducting compilation and data generation as well as quality analysis on the work process of the Spool Valve, SOL Process, ETB (QA Matrix, Kakotora, X-R Chart, Capability process, Q pointt daily ).
- Carry out continuous improvement through analysis, development, improvement, innovation and inspection of processes and work results.
- Carry out the implementation of applicable procedures (quality system procedures) to maintain the quality of processes and products.
- Analyze and provide recommendations on claims received and ensure continuous improvement.
- Prepare and provide weekly, monthly, and annual reports to superiors related to work.
- Checking and making daily Q-Gate reports.
- Reception and BSTB part that goes into Q-Gate.
- Controlling the return of sample parts that have finished checking (Part Masspro).
Kualifikasi :
- SMA/SMK/Diploma/Bachelor from Engineering
- Experienced in manufacture industry (Quality) Minimum 1 year
- Proficient in English (both oral & written)
- Intermediate in Japanese (min. JLPT N3)
- Proficient using MS Office
- Willing to work shift and overtime
- Willing to be placed in Cibitung / Cikampek
2. Patrol Inspection
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :
- Problem analysis of internal quality product and customer claim.
- Verification and evaluation of production operator performance.
- Understand of measurement methods and be able to operate measuring instruments.
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal Diploma, Sarjana sederajat semua jurusan
- Usia 22 – 28 tahun
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal. 1 tahun di manufaktur
- Fasih berbahasa Inggris
- Menguasai pengoperasian computer (MS. Office)
- Bersedia bekerja shift dan lembur
- Memiliki komunikasi yang baik, teliti, dan pekerja keras
- Memiliki analytical thinking yang baik
- Mampu bekerja secara tim, komunikatif, dan dapat bekerja dibawah tekanan
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Kawasan MM2100, Cibitung
3. Staff Maintenance Mesin
Job Description :
- Carry out work programs according to applicable procedures
- Carry out repair and maintenance systems on a regular basis
- Making machine repair reports
- Ensuring cleanliness and safety at work
- 5S work area and it’s surroundings
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to superiors
- Controlling the availability of energy resources
Qualification :
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
- Age between 23 – 28 years
- Experienced in maintenance 1-2 years
- Understand PLC is a must
- Have knowledge about SMT (Surface Mount Technology)
- Proficient in English (both oral & written)
- Proficient in Japanese would be an advantage
- Proficient using MS Office
- Team player, discipline, can work under pressure, and have strong leadership
- Communicative with good analytical thinking
- Willing to work shift and overtime
- Willing to be placed in Cibitung/ Cikampek
