1 . Posisi : Production Supervisor/ Executive
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
- Fluent in English both verbal and written (is a must)
- At least 3 years of working experience as Production Executive/Production Supervisor in Manufacturing Industry
- Maximum 35 years old
- Have technical drawing knowledge such as Auto Cad, Solid works etc
- Able to operate Microsoft Office & SAP
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and able to establish logical practical solutions
2 . Posisi : Recruitment & Training Executive
Job Description :
- Manage all activities related to organization and people development to support department and employees achieve their target
- Arrange the Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Create training module and methods
- Deliver training courses
- Coordinate, organize, conduct in-house trainings
- Continuously evaluate and improve training design, materials, methodology and delivery
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Conduct the whole recruitment process ( Job posting, screening, psychology and interview )
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience as recruitment & training supervisor/ executive
- Maximum 35 years old
- Able to use psychology tools
- Has experience in implementation : TNA, Training evaluation, Competency
Fluent in English both oral & written ( is a must ) - Having good communication skill, leadership, analiticaly thinking, full responsibilities
- Experience regarding ISO 9001:2015
- Experience regarding ISO 14001:2015
- Willing to work in Cikarang
